Such a magnificent animal. Have you ever seen the video of the Golden eagles snatching full size Goats off of mountains and basically carrying them down to the bottom. its the craziest thing ever to watch.

I’ve had the joy of seeing Golden Eagles in several instances…the last time was when one showed up in my little coastal town and it was mobbed by every predator in the area: Red-tailed Hawk, Red-shouldered Hawk, Cooper’s Hawk, Sharp-shinned Hawk, White-tailed Kite—they were all very unhappy to see it. They are absolutely magnificent!

Eyes locked onto a target and follow it precisely and then catch it flawlessly.

We are all amazed at such precision, and yet, this is what baseball players do all of the time and we don’t break down the math and physics behind it.
