Do It Again / Miracles - Songs From Home

Thank you for these songs @elevationworship & @jesusculture! It’s difficult to put into words how thankful I am for the creative family of God all over the world who give me new songs/prayers to sing. I know the bridge of “Do It Again” usually gets all the love and attention:), but these first verse lyrics are just so good:

Just real life right there. Lots of waiting, and hoping, and believing required. BUT God’s faithfulness in our own experience and in ages past gives us the ability and assurance to trust Him in the present. Whatever your “Jericho Walls” (see Joshua 6 in the Bible) might be today. God is most definitely bigger than them. If there’s anything we can take away from the story of Christmas it’s that God loves us and is with us. He crossed eternity and left His throne to meet us face to face. We have a God who knows what it feels like to be alone, to be betrayed, forsaken, shamed. Every hurt we feel, and tear we cry he can say “I’ve been there too”. May you find peace and rest in the knowledge that the God who tells the stars to shine loves you and is with you. Don’t be afraid to trust Him.
