Age is a western concept used to formalize documents & for identification purposes.

Eastern culture does not focus on the age of a person to determine how one is to or should be.

As you said Oprah it is 'perception' that's important.

Positive perception for me has resulted in coming out of being penniless as a single parent at a later age, working through the Sugar Honey Ice Tea & in my late 50's i went back to study & now @ 61 graduated as a lawyer.

My yoga practice, vegetarian lifestyle & spirituality has kept me young trusting that God is with me on this journey.

I was just FINE! In my 30's, 40's, and for the most part of my 50's! But in the later part of my 50's "MY WHOLE WORLD CAME CRASHING DOWN!!!!" And I can honestly blame myself! 🙄
