40% of NYC's recyclables go into the trash. How much of this could be reused, or just put into the right bin? A 50 cent deposit on plastic bottles and containers would help a lot.

Love these kinds of videos.
Genuinely curious: how feasible would it be to take *all* of NYC's garbage, including compost, recyclables, and other trash, and process them in one giant facility?
