Thank you! This managed to fix my recovery loop. Been stuck in there for many hours. At least I can somewhat use my iPad again.

Now if only iTunes will read my iPad again, and I can finally restore it like I've been trying to do for hours, I'll be all set.

I tried doing your method, but every time I click on recovery fix, it shows the apple logo, then goes right back into recovery mode. What can I do? (Using an iphone 5 with 8.1.2)

it keeps failing at the second step. when i click next and follow the instructions to enter my iphone 4s into DFU mode, it keeps saying that no device in dfu mode was found and it wont let me continue. i follow the instructions and everything, what do i do??! pls help

I did everything you said do and it took my phone out of recovery mode but now it won't cut it just goes to the apple logo and turns off what can I do?

Everything was fine and I downloaded redsn0w perfectly and when I clicked recovery fix the apple logo showed and it looked like it was working but it still ended up going back to the screen that says to plug into iTunes, is there any other way to fix this?

can't get iphone 6 into dfu mode dammit. i'm holding the power and home button button and then continue to hold the home button but it goes right back to the red itunes logo recovery mode screen. i've tried restoring using itunes but it shows an error message halfway through and i'm back to square one. redsn0w is saying it doesn't see a connected device.
