Film from a few days trip to Odessa in Ukraine. Inspired by one of the episodes of the culinary and travel program "Makłowicz on Travel" we decided to follow in the footsteps of Robert Makłowicz to Odessa to try the local cuisine and visit this beautiful city.
Odessa is a relatively new city, founded in 1794 by Tsarina Catherine the Great. Very quickly it became one of the most important cities of the Russian Empire after St. Petersburg, Moscow and Warsaw.
One of the reasons we came to Odessa was to try delicious food. We visited a lot of places on the cooking map of Odessa and we can recommend the places that appeared in the film - the list below according to the chronology in the film:
