yeah, its called the pomodoro technique, I study for 50 minutes and take a 10 minute break... I do that for 4 hours.... Also I agree with you, in order to fully understand your work you need to interact with it, I practice past papers and come up with my own questions, you dont need to force yourself to remember, the more you interact and quiz yourself and practise how questions are asked, it gets stored in your long term memory.... So great work, your video is amazing and accurate love
