It's great that Ilumya is a Part B drug, meaning most people with Medigap plans will pay nothing, depending on their chosen plan. It's important for Medicare beneficiaries to also consider that if they enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, they will pay the plan's rate for Part B drugs. This can easily be found in the plan's Summary of Benefits.

I'm now starting on a 2nd provider of a biologic medication. The 1st was ineffective. In both cases, without a kickin by the drug manufacturer to provide the medication free, it would be totally impossible to afford the co-pays, which are in the thousands of dollars. Work with your dermatologist to complete an application for free medication. They are income-based, but for retirees (unless you are rich, lol) you should easily qualify.

Please consider creating a video on coverage of TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation) which I brought up to Mike of your agency last week in the course of purchasing an N Medigap supplement. You will be ahead of the game v others who think it's snake oil or have no knowledge of it at all.
