The neighborhood have some sort of prestige but it's old neighborhood, small roads mixed with old and modern bungalows. The house itself are awesome, the stair are the highlight, classy yet very elegant and modern. It's on Jalan Medang Tanduk.

good house but it'd have to be very close to KL to buy. If it was in the countryside somewhere i'd be disapointed with the amount of land.

Love the layout, just the amount of single piece window glass at the side of the entrance felt weird given the context of where the house is located and what its target audiences are...
