This is a 4x7 meters 3 story house with 3 bedrooms and 2,5 bathroom. The total living space of this house is 84 sqm and the footprint of this house is 30 sqm. The design presented here is on a 7,5x10m lot.
The ground floor of this small house includes an open living room, a powder room and an utility cupboard. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For, the third floor, we have the master bedroom, the master bathroom and a small balcony.

Looks nice. Although personally I think 3 Bathrooms is a little excessive for a house that size; 2 would do just fine. I think I would forgo the bottom bathroom for extra living space.

Liked it but there are a few things for me that don't work.

Firstly, I think the living/dining area is very small for potentially 4 people to live in fulltime, it is very cramped for that many people.

Secondly, the first bedroom has no storage for clothes other than a few drawers which would be a problem I think.

Thirdly, while I love the master suite, having the bed up against the wall means one person will always struggle to get out of bed having to either crawl down to the end of the bed or climb out over another person, so not ideal for full time living as that would totally bug me every day/night. You really do need at least 40-50cm minimum to allow someone to get out and go to the bathroom without disturbing the other occupant of the bed.
Maybe something to bear in mind for future designs?

This yard concept is amazing! I think it should be incorporated on several of your other tiny home concepts as well, to ensure enough space between buildings that light can still come in the windows.
