I had to replace my kitchen faucet years ago. It has a drip in it, so I went to replace the cartridge on the hot water side. Little problem #1: The retention nut crumbled when I removed it. Little problem #2: I cannot find replacement parts (sorry, we no longer carry that model). So, my day just got a lot more interesting. And expensive.
