I can't wiat to try this. It looks delicious and it's such a great alternative to send to school as a snack. My daughter is almost six and she HATES sanwhiches... But I don't blame her they are just so boring. And I've tried a million different lunch ideas but she loves to dip things. So the idea of guacamole and corn chips is brilliant! I'm still working my way to liking Avocados - I don't like big chunky bits, but I try to sneak them in every once in a while, because they are cool and used in many mexican recipes etc.
I think the goat cheese and the dried tomatoes might be just enough to distract me and train my taste buds on Avocado.
Plus I'm not such a fan of cylantro either, so it is perfect for me that it goes with chives :)

i was strange kid if you put green or orange food in front of me id eat it now how much i ate was very little. i will always have adversion to blue as if its true blue or light blue its food dye. i tend to aproach purple food with casuion i gag on grape jelly and have had many puking incedents with purple candy.
