Great info. My Delta 2 Max arrived yesterday. Good for me. An electrician just installed a generator input panel at the house. It only includes the furnace, fridge and chest freezer circuits. By winter I'll have two extra batteries to give my my 6kwh to get me through rolling blackouts that were threatened last year. Too many new housing communities all over the province and no new power plants make me nervous. I'm prepared. As long as I have my furnace running, fridge and chest freezer running, I'm good for the rest without AC power. Keep up the good work EcoFlow.

I purchased the Delta 2 Max and an extra battery a few months ago. I am currently charging it with 6 ECOFLOW 100-watt fixed solar panels mounted on the side of my house. It will be helpful in power outages to power the refrigerator and the furnace blower in the winter months if needed. I use it along with River 2 Pro to power my desktop and monitors for peak electric rate times during the day to save a little money on the electric bill. I also use it to recharge all my outdoor tools including the lawn mower and snowblower. Nothing is connected to the grid yet, but I am gradually learning more about the ECOFLOW products and will continue to support the company. I am also an automotive engineer and have been working on automotive inverters for about 10 years for hybrids and battery vehicles. ECOFLOW does have a top of the line product from what I have seen.

We ordered an Ecoflow Delta a month ago. The unit arrived and died 4 days later so we returned it as instructed. That was over 2 weeks ago yet we've still not received a replacement and customer service won't respond to our emails. Where is the service??

Great equipment. Absolutely the worst customer service/ tech support, of any company, for any product, that I've encountered in all of my 58 years. They won't allow you to speak to a person, and conduct everything through email. It's been over a month now, and they've yet to answer my question. I have 3 Delta Pro Ultras with 9 batteries, running a Smart Panel 2. That's a pretty good chunk of change, and there is no excuse for giving me the run around. I'm not even trying to warranty anything. Just have simple questions they refuse to answer. I have an EG4 system on another home, and have had zero issues getting answers from them. Usually the same day. I'm extremely disappointed with EcoFlow.

Why ecoflow discontinued the blade.... I still use mine... It works fine.... I love it ... Why buy anything else from ecoflow when ecoflow just all of a sudden dropped the ecoflow blade.... How do we know we can trust what the ecoflow spokesperson is true about the generator....

Please be careful they don't like to warrant their products. Do some reach on them going out with an overload code. My pro is two yrs old. I just really started using it about 3 months ago, and now it an anchor they do not want to repair, even still under warranty!

As long as ecoflow chooses to use cheap high frequency, output transformer free inverter tech in their design, there is no right ecoflow.
