I'm so glad about this in v3, you mapped the whole library with these macros! A physically modelled synth is inherently a more difficult beast to learn than an analog synth: the Home window with these 4 macros is really a bridge between the user and all the knobs in the synth page; we can now play with the presets, adapt them easily to the song context and mainly learn which parameters the macros are affecting in the synth page, so that we may understand the synth better and build our own sounds.
Yet, I also believed these macros to be realtime controllers: I noticed that this is true only sometimes, since the realtime computation of 4x4x2 parameters makes my CPU struggle, although it's a P7-9700- not that bad. I fear that doubling layers has put a computational effort to this synth and it's a pity since we would like to use it as all other synths, with pitch bend, portamento, adapting envelope, increasing effects during a held note. I will improve my CPU, meanwhile you please think of optimizing the CPU consume!

People at AAS. Thank you for this GREAT update. The bitimbrality is great, as are these macros. In fact, the entire Ui looks so good. My favorite PM synth by a landslide

Why does MIDI input only cover half of a macro knob's travel? Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?
