Hello, first of all, thanks for creating these videos, want to share this experience I had while hearing these from sacral to crown videos, not sure if it's neuronal programming or what, but my neck started to move by its own, like trying to heal itselft from a muscle spasm in the neck, then movements became more intense... as if someone was giving me massage. At the end my body ended up doing stretchings and somekind of katas :O, any one have had this kind of experiences? Please advise. Thanks

Hi to all, just wanted to ask. What if I concentrate only on the heart chakra and it becomes more and more active, what about other chakras? Do they gradually also become more active even if I don't meditate on them?
