I’ve had such a hard time accessing my heart chakra on my own, but I know it’s really important for self compassion. This meditation was amazing, I was able to open up my heart chakra and send energy down to my hands. Afterwards I focused on opening up the pores in my hands and letting all the energy out I felt so much lighter and freer, and more energetic afterwards!
