250 kilometers in diameter? That's smaller that's the diameter of Pennsylvania. This happens when mischievous writers write inanities in order for reader to read them mindlessly. The writers of Univision channel were once doing that to the news reporters and they were mindlessly reading every idiocy word for word.

The Kuiper Belt is between 200 and 250 km in diameter??? @Explified, please check your calculations on that one. The actual distance from the sun to the inner portion is approximately 30 au and stretches out to about 50 au (due to inside/outside diameters of this donut-like structure). In case you aren't aware, 1 au (astronomical unit) = 93 million miles. At 30 au (roughly 2.8 BILLION MILES) it starts just outside the orbit of Neptune. There are many thousands of "tracked" bodies that are 100km or larger in size, and our beloved dwarf planet (*sniff) Pluto resides within, along with several other dwarf planets, and there could be billions or even trillions of particles of varying size within the Kuiper Belt. The Oort Cloud had a fairly good explanation, but a bit more information could have been brought up. I think you should update this video. Your subscribers deserve it.

0:29 I am pretty sure the Kuiper belt doest't contain any debris of lost civilisations. And isn't Pluto part of the Kuiper belt? That planatoid itself has a diameter almost ten times that of 250 km....
