My sleep is messed up and my doctors just think it’s a sleep hygiene issue. I do have adhd tho. It’s like I have insomnia, hypersomnia, delayed sleep syndrome and non 24 all at the same time. Tbh it’s been like this my whole life only worse lately. I always thought it felt like I was used to being on a larger planet where the rotation was longer than 24 hours and also semi nocturnal. 😵‍💫then i hear about starseeds and I’m kinda getting weirded out but the uncanny valley happening on various levels😵‍💫
