There's nothing as satisfying in this game as destroying a horde of enemies with Riptide. The comrade never disappoints

Animation-wise only, I'd say Venti, Childe, and Hu Tao are the best. No one really comes close. Hu Tao and Childe have the advantage of having infusion. Meanwhile Mihoyo just put so much effort into animating Venti's hold E.

Eula's E gives her back a shimmering effect and her hold E with the lightfall sword is pretty amazing imo.

Did you know that in early leaks, Yoimiya’s Skill Activation Animation had her do a lil’ spin as well, when entering Niwabi Enshou???? I am forever bitter they took that out, cause that little twirl had SO much personality, it’s a HUGE shame.

Hu tao’s skill gets bonus points from me because she gives a mischievous grin when you first cast the skill and it’s amazing.

the only thing I like about zhongli's pillar is that it looks like an infinite hourglass kind of thing, like a representation of his immortality. It goes down through the ridges and then back up the sides over and over.

I think the "pet" skills are the best ones. (Amber's Bunny, Itto's Ushi...)

When he agreed childe's skill animation was I felt that. it's satisfying to watch and use.

The reason why I like diluc is his E so I was really shocked when you put in C, however you're right with the Childe take

as a childe main, hearing your thoughts about his animations was pretty nice! I remember getting into genshin through a video back in 1.4 where someone displayed all the characters and their animations and when I saw Childe's I thought "ohh the water and everything looks so pretty, i wanna play that one!" out of everyone we had at that time - and that never changed. I'm a bit burned out with genshin, but there's nothing more satisfying than his animations + a group enemies & riptide

Also like someone else said, a tier list on how fun characters are to play would be interesting as well! I was contemplating to do one for my own channel, but I only have 13 of the 5-stars so it wouldnt be every single one. I think It'd be interesting to compare how good a character is in meta vs. how fun he is in the community - and how some excel in both or proved themselves within the community, e.g i remember pulling for Kazuha because he looked fun, but people called him trash. Or Keqing. I love her playstyle and I'd say she's kind of my 2nd main, but I know damn well tons of my other well-built characters can do way better dmg with worse stats and I just use her for my own enjoyment. Would probably also be interesting to see how the sides of the community are, people that play for dmg and people that play certain characters just because they're so fun
