Just started the video, but if you haven’t done it, you should make a garden fancy area on the outside just for aesthetic and water so you can go straight down from the top to the bottom

The top floor should be an open air lookout room that's slightly bigger than the other floors, with some spyglasses, and what if you put a diving board there and a big pool at the bottom

Hey,
Instead of manually pulling the trapdoor to teleport you, you can simply like attach a fishing rod to the trapdoor and keep it in your hot-bar so when you like pull it you instantly get teleported to the base.

Honestly, I don't have a better idea for what to put at the top than everyone else. I just really like the idea of a room with a spyglass in an item frame, a diving board, and a pool at the bottom, like everyone else.

suggestion: make a super-fast Redstone elevator (faster than climbing ladder ofc) next to the tower, so you don't have to take time going up/down ladders.
