The best way to do this in my own humble opinion is not by beholding graven images but by hiking out into nature and sitting in silence with nature, looking with your eyes and all of your senses, and sitting in the prayerful presence of God as you behold His creation.

Hike up to a waterful and watch it in prayer for an hour. Or a glacier. Or the ocean. That's my own personal recommendation.

🎶🎄Hi Father, Recently I came across an idea for praying the rosary...using paintings related to Scripture for meditation purposes. Could you recommend a book that might be good for this?
