FATBOY ICE CREAM SANDWICH #shorts

Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 cups butter (softened)
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 tub of Vanilla ice cream
• 8 inch springform cake pan (removable sides)

Preparation:
• Pre-heat your oven to 350F
• Mix all of your ingredients in a large bowl until your dough is formed
• Wrap it in cling plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour
• Cut the dough in half and roll it out on a floured surface
• Use a cake pan to cut out the round shape, then carefully transfer your dough to a parchment lined baking pan
• Bake for about 25 minutes or unil the cookie is set, repeat the process with a second cookie
• To your cake pan add 1 cookie at the bottom, then fill with softened ice cream and top with a second cookie
• Freeze for 6 hours, serve and enjoy!
