This happens to me to, I got it too, I made little ice pops, until I lost the capsule thing lol but anyways here's how to get it out, run hot water over it for a few seconds and it should be good to go.

You were supposed to eat it first then when your done you make your own ice cream and i think that was you cause mine was fine😂

You have to eat the first one THEN make the second one. also rinse it it hot water if it's hard to get the top off. [EDIT] you don't HAVE to eat the first one before making the second one but that's just what I did.

I love these for my girls, they eat the candy first then I reuse them to make mini popsicles. I’d always have to run it under water for a second to loosen it but I never had a problem with them. If it does pop out like that, add some water in the hole, put the stick back in and refreeze

That happened to me once. story time!so I saw this candy then I asked my mom if I could buy it she said sure why not? Then she buys it then we arive home 🏠 we put the powder in the the tube then bla bla bla then we go to bed.then the next day check the candy I got so excited 😆. I open it then it got stuck in the tube so from there we get a knife 🔪 to get it out then next thing you know it fell all over the floor.😢 so I wasn’t able to eat it. I bet they are just try to take our money 💰 such a scam.
