One think I like doing is just keeping my pci right at the release point of the pitcher and then just tracking the ball from there

Great advice, I’ve been starting high because I struggle with those and I like tracking the ball in. I definitely play around with and low and really wherever I feel. Sometimes if I am sitting in and I’ll start it there aswell!

Set low for breaking ball hunting, set high for fastballs and middle for two strike counts, inside for fastballs, outside for breaking balls

I always start inside. I think that makes the most sense. You’re not going to pull a pitch outside so it makes more sense to make contact later in the swing. Having to move the pci to the outside will delay the swing and push the ball into the opposite field.

I just use timing and hit the ball when it comes over the plate simple. 😂

I usually start the pci depending on which hand the pitcher throws with and since I use free pci anchor I just set it just about level with where his release point is and follow the ball, in . If the pitch crosses the pitcher it’s inside if it doesn’t it’s either out or middle .

I always start high, I’m decent at getting low pitches, I tend to flick my pci down too far so it helps compensate too, but it works for me, most of these tips YouTubers give are personal preference and I’m reality it doesn’t help anyone be better.
