HCI gives users a guarantee of greater flexibility and simplification of IT systems management. Find out why.

Red Hat Hyperconverged Infrastructure (RHHI) for Virtualization integrates Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) and Red Hat Gluster Storage (RHGS). RHHI for Virtualization provides open-source, centrally administered, and cost-effective integrated compute and storage in a compact footprint for remote sites.

Did you think about combining open source software defined storage together with open source virtualization platform? You will learn about building blocks, use cases and advantages of RHHI.

When a VM runs on a specific host of a cluster, will the host only read/write from localhost when accessing the glusterfs data or will it also read/write over the network?
In the former, performance would be significantly faster.
