There is NOTHING in Arkansas and Alabama for most people. The other three make sense, though I question Boulder being affordable.

All states have pros and cons. It’s easy to choose a few states and talk about the pros.

Don't know about Boulder, but wouldn't live in any of those other places...cause of the states.

Boulder is not affordable at all. I grew up there.. I live a little north of there and that's not affordable unless you bought your house in '85

Boulder is a great place. If you're loaded. Good luck finding a sub 500k house.

Affordability and cost of living at least be for today. 07/13/2021. RIP Boulder. Change is coming.

The second video in two days coming out of Texas that shows the person's light source in the room flicker; I suggest that Greg Abbott concentrate more on getting his power grid together, and stop worrying about what the legislature is doing; Abbott's priorities are not in order.

Boulder paid someone to be at the top! Colorado was good 5 years ago but now it has fallen off.

Best places to live if you’re a 44 year old Christian white man 😂

Absolutely terrible list. You know this list was built for middle aged white families. Outside of Austin, I don't see many people from my culture in any of those areas.
I lived in Raleigh for 3 years, very boring city. Nothing to do but eat.

Do not go to Boulder, how that made #1 is crazy. I'm a born and raised Coloradian. Dont come here it's getting really crowded and expensive. Most Natives are leaving. If you want to buy a home you have to build from the ground up.

Boulder and Austin are unaffordable for most, if they're not young and in certain jobs.

Here's my list:

1. Minneapolis, MN (yeah I know, it's full of liberal kooks, but the strong job market, great public school systems, great social services and access to nature)
2. Richardson, TX
3. Boise, ID
4. Fargo, ND
5. Arlington, VA

Alabama and Arkansas aren't frantic with too many folks.

The cheapest places to live in the US are also the places where you're likely to be harassed or attacked if you're not a white heterosexual conservative. They're cheap for a reason. Very privileged reporting. Most Americans cannot choose where they'd like to live we have to survive where we are until we can change our own economic reality which takes decades.
