They have been doing this for over 24 years, they started in 1999 using Russian submarine engineers, volvo or Cummins diesel engines and lots of fibre glass applied to ocean going speed boats with impeller engines, They can build these close to tributaries in the jungle in very remote places in s.america They can be launched and then under cover of night sail out to the ocean where they then flood the home made balast tanks to submerge them just under the water line normally with a reinforced window of layered perspex and sail using marine sat nav to reach small boats (like ribs) so the product can be hauled onto shore then moved via a couple of off road trucks then driven over the country (I.e non metal roads) again at night before being distributed, it can move more product vi these means than planes or by road with a Higher delivery success
