When I try to get the zip file or the exe file form GitHub, both show up as empty (for the zip file, it shows there is nothing to extract, the folder is empty. For the exe file, it states this cannot be run as there is nothing to run....). I have node already installed but need nvm, I am not sure how to proceed

My node -v command is not working. When I am typing in cmd it's showing 'console' is undefined.

Everything is worked fine but when I type
nvm use <node_version>
It show access is denied.
