"I'm tired" is the more frequent level of tiredness I experience.
Exhausted, beat, etc., express a deeper level of tired and sounds like exaggeration for me most of the time. I usually get so 'tired', I finally say, "I'm done" and that means literally. I can't do a thing more.

I say "I'm tuckered out" from time to time. Hahaha although not often. I Do say "over yonder" instead of over there WAY more often than "tuckered out".
