It's not REALLY 326, though. There's the nonvoting speaker, 3 deputy speakers, and Sinn Fein refuses their seats.

Things I learnt from this video
(1) The British election is a constituency based election
(2) Britain has 650 constituencies from which one member of parliament is elected using first past three post system
(3) the political party with majority of votes in the commons forms the government and the Queen invites the leader of the party to be the Prime Minister

Its Just like India ..except that we abolished the traditional king and queen ..and kept a president in that place who will invite the majority party to form the government.
