The Railway Minister takes responsibility, but only when the train goes off the tracks. And when something good happens, it's all about Modi ji, who takes the credit. But when the train crashes, it's not the minister's fault; it's the signaler, the train driver, or even the trackman who must bear the blame. And of course, the media will be filled with Arnab-like spokespeople blaming Didi or the India Alliance. It's a never-ending circus of finger-pointing and moral posturing.
