I've recently rewatched Ken Burns excellent documentaries THE CIVIL WAR and THE WAR. All those still on the fence about this election, I urge you to stream these shows. They brilliantly show why Americans fought these wars, and it's not so a deranged, demented manchild can destroy what was important to our forefathers

An important part of the experience Kamala Harris has is that some of the difficult and complex cases she prosecuted required close teamwork amongst professional prosecution teams where it was standard practice to listen closely to the contributions of the team members. This is a stark contrast to the way Trump used to run his businesses and also the presidency.

Being a proud Canadian.
There is one thing that bothers me, is that many American’s believe that they were the ones that won World War II . We all have to remember is that the war in Europe began September 1, 1939, Canada entered the war ten days later British empire including South Africa, Australia, India, and New Zealand, also France, as well as numerous underground. The Russians got involved June of 1941. The US got involved in the conflict in 1940 by sending supplies and equipment and actually got involved in the fighting December of 1941. It is true that without the help of the American troops who know’s how long the allies would have lasted. Who knows if the you didn’t get involved when you did all of Europe might be speaking German right now. I’m not trying to make it sound like I don’t appreciate everything you did sometimes it’s just that every time the someone is talking about the war they make it sound as if the US won the war.

Fun fact, here in the Philippines, we still have a major thoroughfare that goes through the center of Manila City named after William Howard Taft, appointed as the civilian governor-general of the Philippines in 1901. Taft Avenue is still very much used to this day and is very popular.
