Aren't corporations wonderful and the reporters who tell THEIR story wonderful, too. People are NEVER responsible, only the corporations -- it's always that way, isn't it.  They've brought in a "fresh face" to find out "what went wrong." The old guy "didn't know anything." This is BS reporting.
