Yes! After a breakup with my abusive ex boyfriend I was absolutely distraught despite what he put me through. Meanwhile he was emotionless. He said word for word “cool dude I didn’t do anything wrong I’m moving on and suggesting you do the same.” So I did just that. He came back begging me for months for me to come back. Still after a year and 7 months he wants me to come back.

As someone who has literally went through the phases exactly how it's shown in this video and took almost 5-6 yrs to genuinely move on, I can confirm it's very very true but once you realise you deserve better, you understand that whatever happened actually happened for good.

Complete opposite for me. My boyfriends were always the one falling apart while I honestly could care less half the time. It sounds selfish but if I break up with someone it's for the sake of my mental health which always leaves me feeling much better after a breakup, even if it stings.

It's been over 1 year since we broke up. I still love him and miss him. My friends told me to move on and I tried to but I couldn't force myself. But the good new is at first I cried every night.
