These were so popular a few years ago. They were originally supposed to be eaten by twisting/cutting the top part off and slurping the jelly, but then someone bit the plastic and that became a challenge.
Eventually there was one brand (at least where I live) that just did not have the part that you're supposed to cut.

So basically when ur biting into it you see a hole coming out from the other side sometimes meaning that it will pop from there so twist it so the bubble is in ur mouth (the one that the jelly will come out from and then bite it till that layer pops so you do it like hers but it won’t spill out from the other side anymore
