This I what my friend told me.
White was in lavatory doing a task with those bottles and black came in and started dragging him and he dropped a bottle that why there is smashed glass on the floor. Then he went in to the bathroom area and locked him in the toilet. He ripped the door off the toilet next to it and made a hole in the ground where he built a series of tunnels underground. Then an emergency meeting was called and Black was voted out he jumped into the lava and floated down the lake then he melted and that’s why when your a ghost you can see that at the end of the lava pit there is a black puddle.

My theory:
He went to hide their so he can catch imposters but it was the worst decision to make cuz he got stuck.
He can't breathe properly and the O2 present in his suit is dropping down making it harder to breathe
Even he saw the imposter venting he can't get out nor can report someone's head gone body in the bathroom cuz The sign says we have to Scream in the microphone to tell everyone else which means he need to take a deep breath but it's impossible cuz I told before.
