Buying a Website? ALWAYS Check These 4 Things First!

I share some things I'd check before purchasing a blog or a niche site and I show you exactly how I check these things with tools and common sense.

The first thing I check is the type of content on the site. Whether it's heavily monetized with affiliate links already of if there's potential to increase the earnings.

I also pay close attention to the backlink profile of the site to make sure that it's as clean as possible. This can be done with a backlink tool such as Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Then I check the content on the site to make sure it's well-written and not spun content that's no good.

Thanks mate for another great informative video. You said you cannot remove links, but you can send a disavow file to google with the links you don't like, I would categorize it like a removal, what do you think?

Check also the percentages of organic traffic. I was close to buy a site, but then I saw that 90% of the traffic came from Pinterest and only 5% was organic. That can be very dangerous if Pinterst change something to their algorithm or you stop being very active on it. I perfer to have a stable 70%+ organic traffic.
