WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: The Data Model provides the blueprints in how to structure Next Generation 9-1-1 data in order for it to be utilized by an Emergency Services IP Network (ESInet). This workshop is intended to provide an overview of the NENA NG9-1-1 Data Model and the i3 call flow process, demonstrate best practices in populating 9-1-1 GIS fields, and provide examples of how proper utilization of the Data Model can provide better 9-1-1 call routing.
