IMO I think the patriots success boils down to three things.

1. Unselfish&Reliable players
2.COACHING
3. Chemistry

I agree with Shannon. Tory Aikman was livid when Jones and Switzer were allowing guys to do whatever they wanted during the 90s, they played sloppy ball and Troy would be cussing guys out on the sidelines for not doing their jobs. Patriots expect every guy to execute their assignment or you are gone no matter who you are.
