I decided to reveal the method myself because I think "revealed" videos online are just terrible. They steal from the artist; they give away their art of craft without permission. And they steal from the viewer, who is given the illusion of knowledge. The people who make those videos don't know what they're destroying, including their own reputation. I wanted to use what I thought was a negative pull into a positive push. I encourage anyone who wants to learn magic to go to the source, the books, the videos and the artists who create them, not the people who steal from them.

Years worth of practice for 1 minute of magic, that is incredible! I can't imagine what tricks you are currently practicing now that we will see in 2+ years! What a legend you are Kostya!

When you reach a point where even revealing the method won't be enough for others to replicate the effect ✨
Thank you for letting the world experience this level of competency. I feel smarter watching this.

I’ve always enjoyed seeing you perform and hearing you lecture and talk about magic. Walking off stage, Penn said, “He’s better than you think, I’m telling you that!”
Well, once it was revealed that you actually did what you did, everyone, (magicians and lay people alike), knew immediately and without question something I’ve known and been witnessing for years: Just how talented you truly are. And then to have Penn tell us you’re even better than we think says a lot about their respect for you and your true level of talent.
I’m happy to see you get this kind of recognition. And you can use it in your speaking engagements to show that hard work, dedication and perseverance WILL pay off. Pursuing our passions can make the seemingly impossible for others less dedicated, an eventual, achievable goal for us as individuals who stay focused.
Well done, Sir. And...I’m not the least bit surprised by your achievements. You’ve worked for, and deserve, every damn one of them. Congrats, and much continued success.

"That perfection can never be achieved is no excuse to to never try"- Paladin

You have put years and countless hours of practice to achieve this 'effect'; that could have been achieved with gimmicks, and yet, here you are revealing a method which isn't much of a reveal but more of a testimony to what can be done when someone tries to achieve something with pure skill and no deception. Well done, Kostya! You represent patience, persistence, perseverance and above all- Love for the Art.

it's so apparent how in love you are with your craft, and that's what makes your acts so special

The fact that you do that trick for real is the best magic I've ever experienced. It is magical to me that a person can train themselves to do what seems impossible.
Your more conventional magic ( if you could call magic conventional ) is also very impressive and fun to watch.

Hell of a man ! In this trick what was most important it was you - Real Magician with Real Personality. That's what Penn and Teller appreciated most.

"People wanna know the effect but not the method"

This statement really struck a chord in me because it made me recall one of the best movies about magic - The Prestige. It made me remember the ordeals Angier had to go through just so he could outdo Borden and that no one would ever know the pain that he had to go through in every performance.

Truly amazing.

What a likable person you are, and your performances are 'magical'. The time and dedication that you put into this "trick" is mind boggling to me. You may have just shown hundreds of thousands of people how to do it, but less than a handful of us would EVER be able to.
You sir, are a genius. Well done!
