I'd rather catch the fish with a rod and reel but that looks like an adventure. On Costa Rica on the Pacific side down near Panama I saw either a marlin or swordfish on the surface early one morning. We were trolling in my uncle's inflatable catamaran and I wanted to drag the lures in front of it but my (ex Green Beret in Vietnam) uncle was afraid because the fish was longer than the boat by a few feet. One slash with the bill and we would have been in the water. It was an impressive, big fish. I lived there for 9 years and caught lots of dorado (, mahi mahi), yellowfin tunas by the dozen, big mackerel, snapper and other fish but never any billfish. Goals..

All you people commenting on the hand - it's a right hand. The camera is to the right of the right hand, meaning if the person who was filming owned the hand in shot, they would have to awkwardly cross their left arm over their right to achieve this shot.

The boat is being controlled by an older man, not the guy who is filming and doing the commentary.
