Thank Goodness when I became all heavy metal with long hair, leather, chains, spikes, Judas Priest shirts etc and choosing to spend more time with my guitars than with people, I was already over 6ft tall and hitting the weights. So nobody dared to mess with me. People who didn't understand it (including certain members of my own family) have tried everything to shame me for it but I never listened to any one of them and stayed true to myself, even if it left me friendless. The most ironic thing is that when I went to university, people actually liked me for being authentic and genuine.
