Thank you Dr. Please, how best to interpret when predictors show Negative signs. And the Hypothesis formulated is to test positive impact of servant leadership on employee performance.

Hi! I have an hypothesis regarding the negative influence of perceived financial risk on perceived usefulness. I got a high p-value result (p>.1) on such relationship. Does this means that there’s no effect, despite the fact that the hypothesis was drawn in a negative way? Many thanks!

My Null hypothesis is medicine selected through Book A is is effective in treating X disease and Alternative hypothesis is medicine selected through Book B is effective in treating disease X. I hava got result in favour of Book A so alternative hypothesis is rejected. Right or wrong?
