“Fiery, but mostly peaceful” 🤣 A line that will be with us for a long time

Disclaimer; do not play mostly peaceful board games near CVS, Walgreens or Nike stores

Growing up with 5 siblings, playing Monopoly was a full contact sport.

Monopoly will cost you friends.

Diplomacy gets you written out of the will

Whistling the theme to Jeopardy really helps speed up a slow player😄

RIP to that little Tyrranid who was sacrificed in the making of this video, for your entertainment.

Taking a snack break in between every turn is also a wonderful way to show you truly care about the outcome of the game.

As a total board game nerd, I loved this video! I’ve always loved The Babylon Bee, but knowing that they know board games, makes me love them even more 😘🥰😍

Nice call out to Diplomacy. The most stress inducing game of all time!

Constantly taunting your opponents actions with the phrase, "Worst Move Ever, " said in the voice of the Simpson's Comic Book Guy is always a winner.

When someone lands on your property in Monopoly, the proper response is to gleefully shout "MINE!" and declare what they owe while extending your palm toward their face. Another classic is to play Uno in pairs and become combative with your teammate about who goes out first. "Uno, make it GREEEEN!!!" [sends death stare across the table]

I hate playing with people who take it as a personal insult when you do something to cross them in the game. "Oh nooo, how could you do that to meeee, I hate you!" My gamer group treats it as a matter of course that everyone will always take the path doing the most possible damage to opponents. We all nod approvingly and remain the best of friends 😅

The sand timer is cruel, but necessary. Alternatively, you can pointedly play games with time limits when "that person" is there on game night.

What are some other ways to increase your popularity while playing board games?

Wow, the Bee are even cooler than I thought before. It's always a pleasant, unexpected surprise to find Tabletop gamers with traditional morals and values.

1:32 Excellent choice of game for needing to pay attention to when your turn is.

For anyone who doesn't know the game, it's a numbered deck of cards 1-100 (or maybe 1-99), only a handful are dealt to the players, and you have to put them down in numerical order without any sort of communication. So you have to pay close attention to when you think is the right time to play your lowest card, and depending on the luck of the draw, one person could end up emptying their hand before anyone else needs to play a card.

so the bee has a decent board game collection? This is unexpected. I am pleased. Not sure what to do with my hands.
