Barbell upright rows are killer for your anterior/medial delts as well as traps. Just most people don’t have strength in internal rotation of the shoulder which causes some to be more injury prone. But if you have mobile shoulders then it’s a killer exercise.

Just because an exercise doesn't isolate the target muscles doesn't mean it's a bad exercise. Hell dumbbell bench press doesn't isolate the chest or the triceps with that logic.

Hi Tom! I was just wondering I can’t use barbells and dumbbells and cable machines and anything that involves a plate you have to move at my gym (due to my age). I can do machines like leg press, rear felt fly, calf raises machine, etc… So I was wondering what should I do?
