Buffalo Chicken Sliders #kamadojoe

Buffalo Chicken Sliders by @stevens_smokehouse:
- Season one whole chicken with rub of your choice.
- Cook chicken until breast reads 165 degrees internal.
- Shred chicken. I like to apply some more rub so I added Holy Voodoo @meatchurch for a kick.
- Apply @franksredhot Buffalo Sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Slice @kingshawaiian rolls in half and hit bottom layer with a cilantro garlic sauce.
- 1 C of chopped cilantro
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 Tsp onion powder
- Incorporate on low heat until slight simmer.
- Add Buffalo shredded chicken and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Place on smoker for cheese to melt. Then add top half of rolls. Apply cilantro garlic sauce. Place back on smoker to come together.
- Dip them in ranch and enjoy!
