Ingredients:

For French toast:
3 Eggs
Milk
Brioche bread slices
Whipped cream.
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Powdered sugar
Salt

For berry jam:
Raspberries
Blackberry
Sugar
Salt
A bit of water

Instructions:

-Break 3 eggs, mix with milk, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

-Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture.

-Cook the French toast until caramel color on both sides.

-Cook berries with sugar, salt, and a bit of water for 5 minutes.

-Place the French toast in a tower shape. Pour the jam on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar, put a dallop of whipped cream on top and finish off with cinnamon.
