Thank you! Seeing it from start to finish in this updated model is really nice. I've had a hard time switching over to this model of editing site maps and this really clarified some things for me.

Thanks Lisa, very helpful as usual. Just wondering if you've encountered the situation where users with a custom security group cannot see the left menu of the published app. System Admin role can see it but nobody else.

model driven app is so fun and amazing now after learning from you, always avoided it as it felt so complex

Hi Lisa, Another great video. I have a quick question. I cannot see the Navigation icon on the left side, I only have Pages & Data so I am struggling to build my navigation menu. Do you know why its not there on my screen?
Thanks

Why can't I see any sub area option while I am practicing ? did something change, is the option hidden? where can I change the settings to include it. I am in my own environment. Please help. I create a group in the App but cannot create a subarea under it, looks like option is hidden or gone, please help me.

Thanks Lisa for these excellent tutorials ❤ Wondering if it is possible to set a default Area based on the user’s role?

Hi Lisa, thank you for this video. I am wondering is there a way to hide a certain navigation menu from the left pane and show it only to a member of a certain Security Role? I checked the table privileges but it is somehow different

Great video, just a quick question do we need to include the sitemap in the solution apart from Model driven app in case we edit the navigation menu for the app and need to deploy to higher environment?

Thankyou Lisa! - Question: How can I direct users to different main forms? For example under subarea "Phase 1" > "Supplier Main form #1", and then subarea "Phase 2" > "Supplier Main Form #2. I would like users to only have 3 tabs in phase one, and then an addition 2 tabs in phase 2. At the moment, if I add Supplier View twice to the app, there doesn't appear to be any way to choose that only phase 1 goes to main form 1 and phase 2 goes to main form 2 - instead, you can only pick the default order form, in form settings, and both views end up taking you to the same form. I don't see the point of having multiple forms - if I can't direct users to them... Thanks in advance for your help!

On a mobile device, the tables within a group are nested in the "hamburger" icon (3 lines). You select a table from the hamburger, and then choose the view from the table. Is there a way to organize the app so the user is only selecting between views in the hamburger (ie views not tables in the group)? They don't want to have to know a view is based on a table.

This is so cool! Can you limit visibility the "areas" by role?

How do I move a page from one area to another or ensure that it is visible in multiple areas?
