I’ve been latin dancing since I was 8 (started off samba, now mainly do salsa), and it’s always so amazing to see the professionals and how quickly they can do all the steps.

How one dances in those shoes is astonishing. You can't put on weight with such energy&exercise even if you wanted to.Respect totally. They look also beautiful&graceful. I respect the hardwork too.

I love that they have someone lend a hand to the woman walking down the stairs in heels. Seriously, I do. It's so polite, and then she just eviscerates everyone on those same heels.
