Gantt Chart: How to change task relationships (dependencies) in Gantt Project?

Project Management - Gantt Chart: The default task relationship in Gantt Project is Finish to Start, and this applies for the majority of cases. But in many instances, we have 2 tasks that we would like to set up different task relationships, for example Start-to-Start instead of Finish to Start. How do we do that?
